BODYBALANCE MEETS BODYPUMP

In the last few releases we have had 4 I think tracks that are in Bodybalance in Bodypump"

10 BP 50 Cruising Together Gwenyth Paltrow
10 BP 51 My Immortal Evanescence
10 BP54 A Thousand Years Sting
10 BP 56 Angels, Robbie Williams
9 BP54 The Joker Fatboy Slim

It does get awfully confusing at times was lying down when cruising came on and wanted to do fireflys - bird poses. The same with My Immortal, I wanted to do balance movements, A thousand Years wanted to do tai chi and Angles wanted to do twists.

Not only that we had The Joker in Bodybalance as track 7 and was also track 9 in Bodypump.

I can also remember Arms Wide Open from 38 it was in Bodybalance at the same time as a track 3.

I suppose tracks have an appeal across programmes?

Where is this leading?

I suppose some people never Balance and some people Never Pump (inserts shock icon here.) if that is ever possible? They never have a chance to have Sting - Robbie Williams in the programmes that attend so I guess it is new and exciting to them as participants.

Although when doing the Sting track in Bodypump I so into it in Bodybalance 13 that it was a struggle to keep the mind focused and do the Bodypump thing. Not wanting to break into a Tai Chi movement or two. I love the tracks in Bodybalance I guess they were there first and have that essential feel of Bodybalance to it, those who have done My Immortal in Bodybalance know what I mean and Crusing in Bodybalance 13 know what I mean. Crusing is so much a track 8 followed by Leann Rimes song from Kyote Ugly which is my alltime favorite no 9 ever. I guess that's the excitement and feel of Les Mills programmes that what has a particular essence to someone had a different to others. That is what it is about I think the programs and the music enhance the experience.

Hmmmmm?
